I can't open XCode 6.4 on El Capitan. The icon has the disabled mask over it, and every time I click it I reviece an alert: 'The version of Xcode installed on this Mac is not compatible with OS X El Capitan. You have “Xcode” 6.4. Download version 6.4 for free from the Mac App Store.'

Does anyone else have this issue? Did anyone else figure out how to fix it? I already tried deleting XCode and reinstalling it from the Mac App Store. I am definitely running XCode 6.4 as the alert says is required, but it won't open.
